Home sales down, Bankruptcy filings up

One of the crazier "statistics" is that filings were generally done by people making 40-80k...now we're seeing them for people between 100-300k...

I guess that's not really a big surprise...you can get in-over your head just as easily making 80k v 300k...stupid is as stupid does...
