Tigerdog and Pitboss please let me have your attention, I want everyone who has been in this discussion to go back and read what these naysayers have been posting, especially about lease values above 19/20 north. I am willing to bet whatever either one of you want that I have proof of your idiocy and will meet you with evidence. Hang in there guys and I want to thank Flop for the hope!

Pittboss and Tigerdog will need a fiddle like this one if they have the stones to put their money where there pessimistic naysaying mouths are. I have direct(very direct) knowledge of a lease signed this very day. I'm not gonna say how much cause I wanna twist the knife a little bit before I put them out of their misery. The bonus money should educate them out of their ignorance, This lease was signed for several thousand acres and was based on the latest seismic testing that just took place in the last weeks!!

Tigerdog83 is a knowledeable guy but he and Pitboss were so dead set about any play north of T20. It will take years and hundreds of wells for this play to be truly defined, for them to have tried to crush everyones hopes like they did not only shows theyre pessimism but theyre ignorance as well. It took years for the Barnett play to be defined. Either were all in the hunt or someone just leased the most expensive haynesville sand in the world lol!
