Alot of things are on shaky ground until the election is over; If you know what I mean!!!!!!! Even I am shaking over that one.
The large companies are trying to shore up profits for the third quarter. We will most likely see some more leasing starting in October.

Also, be careful who you get your information from. The people that claim to be in the know have their hands out as well.

Two things to consider:

1.) This is no longer an independent producer's game. They simply can't afford it. Naturally, they want the lease prices/acre to remain low, so that they can still play.

2.) The big O & G Producers have bought huge leases for high amounts. It will take time for them to get the large rigs in to drill this play, and hold their current leases. You have also heard of them selling portions of their other holdings in other plays. They are trying to free up money to lease more in the HS. If this is truly the largest gas field in the world, then I hardly doubt Elm Grove is the only sweet spot.

Do you agree???
I have not heard of that one, but I like it............. Let me know what you come up with.

Absolutely not what that means!!!!!! Keep researching and you will find that what you have stated is very much incorrect.

I agree w/ you! Why put money in a low yield savings account when you can make more interest in a CD, 401K, Wroth, ETC. My opinion is keep enough in your savings for short lived hard times, and invest the rest.
Now how could that be. All the so-called experts on here say it goes no more north than Benton, LA!!!!!!! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm......... Did I miss something? Nah, I had it right all along! :rotflmao:
Been around CB. The days of $50 and $100 are over, even for Tiger Dog. Oh, my bad, he is not in that business!!!! :nana:
