I love the coinbase pro message when it fails to login of "the most trusted cryptocurrency exchange".

Learned my lesson. Will set GTC limit orders way down the risk curve in case this happens again (which it will)

Unfortunately the radical element in todays government will destroy anything that cant control. See: Trump, fossil fuels, religion. So I think they have their knives out for crypto

Will they be able to issue as much as they want like the US does with the dollar?

Nope. It has to be budget neutral buys.

Heh. Nah. They’re have to issue more just like they do with the dollar.
Bottom line here- governments love their currency and if a country like the US senses a threat to their currency, they’ll take measures to squash the threat. Bitcoin is not a threat to the USD. It’s not even used as a currency for the overwhelming
Majority of the country.
If the US decides to go full crypto and utilize the same platform that bitcoin or other cryptos use, it will have to crush bitcoin and all competing crypto’s

You are right, but we as conservatives want nothing to do with a CBDC. CBDCs will only lead to tyranny.
Bitcoin being the most free and decentralized of all the crypto tokens is the only choice for government in order to maintain a free society.
I say this being heavily invested in altcoins.
Freedom is more important than personal gain.

We are not going to adopt bitcoin as our currency.
What trump is working on is making the USD digital ie “crypto”

Duh. Are you still using Bitcoin theory from a decade ago? Have you still learned nothing in a year of derailing threads?

Trump would get Republicans blown out in the midterms if he attempted a CBDC. Trump talked about putting spending on the blockchain, an open public ledger, so anyone can audit spending.
You really need to stop being lazy and study crypto.
