Fidelity Online - login access tool is down hard

waited 30 minutes on the phone to confirm that Fidelity's online login is down hard,
the Fidelity representative I spoke with indicated that their internal IT team is working on the problem, no ETA on a fix

I was able to login on my desktop about 15 minutes after the market opened.
