I'm not buying but I've got an account with a decent amount of both FedEx and UPS that I've been meaning to get off of. Now I'm feeling like I should wait for a bounce.

If you're holding it's essentially same decision as buying. Other than tax consequences, it is a choice of where to allocate your capital. So, if you no longer believe in the company's prospects reallocate.
