At one point I thought I was done and logged back in, there was one more submit I hadn’t clicked. After I did that I had money within a few days. Answered one email from sba asking for proof of address

Yeah we the portal and saw the next button available to click, and clicked it. Gave us the quote/terms, etc. electronically signed all that and submitted it. At this point looks like everything is submitted/confirmed. Just waiting on the funding step to happen.

Signed on 4-19, and not funded yet.

Ours has been “amount confirmed” with loan “modification in process” for about three weeks. Nothing left to click. Called this morning and they did not have any updates. Anyone get past this stage or is it the last stage?

similar situation. Signed on 4/22 and nothing yet.

Sounds like yellowfin is the only one to be funded and it looked like it took him about a month from the first email. If that's the case, we should see it next week.

Did you receive the amount you requested?

I just took the remainder of the advance, but I did get another email last night saying the advance was increased to 15k now so I’ll get another 5k

The low income area stipulation is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. I hope someone sues over it.

Yeah. Apparently yellowfin is in an area that qualifies. I'm at the opposite end of the spectrum. At least they didn't put that stipulation on the EIDL loan increase.
There is now a class action lawsuit by a large group of farmers claiming discrimination because they aren't included in the $4 billion in aid for farmers. It's only for minorities in the bill. Picking and choosing what ethnic groups or areas need help is a slippery slope.

I use my home address for mailing so I thought I’d get screwed but when I registered with Secretary of State years ago I used my shop address. That’s out in Evangeline parish so it qualifies. Had to email them those documents

What is this portal that you are referring too? All I've gotten is emails requesting some docs. I haven't seen anything, anywhere that references a login.

There is a link in the email to a login portal.

There is a link in the email to a login portal.

Follow these instructions if you wish to request a loan increase:
Send email to CovidEIDLIncreaseRequests@sba.gov
Use subject line "EIDL Increase Request for [insert your 10-digit application number]"
Be sure to include in the body of your email identifying information for your current loan including application number, loan number, business name, business address, business owner name(s), and phone number.
Important: Do not include any financial documents or tax records with your initial request. You will receive a follow up email notification if we need additional documents.
We will process increase requests in the order they are received. Due to the expected high volume of incoming requests, it may be several weeks before you receive a response from SBA on next steps to follow. Please do not resend multiple requests if you do not hear back right away as the extra emails could slow down the overall response time.
If you have any questions regarding the COVID-19 EIDL program, or SBA's other COVID relief program, please visit our website at SBA.gov/relief for the most current updates.
We look forward to assisting with your recovery from this pandemic.

You had to have a login when you originally received the first EDIL loan. That was where you sild the slider to the amount and then confirmed and did the docusign for the loan.

This whole process is lacking, to say the least. The emails I received, said nothing at all about logging into my account. They simply asked if I wanted to request more funding, and asked for various things like tax returns and 4506-T form. Hell, I even called the district office, got a voicemail, left a message for a return call, and no one ever called me back. That was two weeks ago.
