PSA I signed up for fully paid lending through Fidelity 1 month ago and my shares were lent out today for the first time. Might be a good time to check if you're waiting for the same

I don't have $25k in my account. Otherwise, I'd be all over it.

Didn't mean to single you out, was more letting everyone know that they might want to check their lending status
In yesterday's news, another lithium company has made its way into the Arkansas and Texas Smackover. Young, private company called TerraVolta Resources. They're backed by one Energy & Minerals Group who manages $14B in assets and makes equity investments of $150M-$1B.
I don't see TerraVolta's territories mapped anywhere, but I think we can all hope that they move precisely into where ev247's Arkansas minerals are

I bought today, so… lower.

It will only go lower as long as I own a single share

Lithium prices dropping again
And it's par for the course in this market for a stock to pop on good news (but not even get back to where it was a month or two earlier), and then slowly be faded back down. Small caps/growth/pre-revenue, etc. are all just completely left for dead during the Biden admin.

The big grants and support for domestic lithium is like the 7 billion to finance thousands of EV chargers that has installed 8 in 2 years. Government efficiency!

Sorry to digress from my over-analysis, but everyone here 100% expects STANDARD lithium will be bought out by STANDARD oil(Exxon), right?

I've wondered about this. Would make sense. I'd have to imagine they would reject an offer that would come at this point though

If they acquire >50% shares, there's no rejecting anything
But I'd assume it'd be done simply for the leaseholds, similiar to what happened with Galvanic. Who knows, maybe SLI partners with Exxon via WI/JIB

When will we know how the proxy vote on the board of directors turned out?

Good point. I'd gladly take the resulting run up from such an open market accumulation

The meeting is scheduled for June 27 at noon central

Better chance of it becoming Murphy Lithium, the pride of ElDorado

It's hellbent on giving back all of the Equinor partnership gains it seems
. Poof, like the PR never happened. Buying more I guess.
