Looks like no mater how much brine they run through the plant, the same amount of Li Chloride is made. may be a scaling issue. Nevertheless, they still made 25,854 gallons of Lithium Chloride- @4,000 a ton from a quick google search. so if it weighs at least what water weights, your looking at 107 tons of lithium chloride. or $431,000 in product? not sure if it works that way but they did make product.
why was most of it re-injected back into the ground? was it bad quality? no buyers due to shipping issues? 5000 gallons was sent off site.

Every system has yield constraints when scaling up. It is why operating units have maximum rates until those constraints are resolved.
Not surprising the pushed a shite ton of brine through a trial unit to identify operating envelopes.

From Seeking Alpha, this guy has followed SLI nearly as much as we have.

Particularly questionable of Blue Orca not to reach out to SLI for an explanation or clarification about the demonstration plant prior to publishing the short report. I would suggest the only reason not to reach out to Standard Lithium is that the clarification provided would run counter to the short report's conclusions. One could claim bias on both sides, but getting a reply from the company and putting it in the report would allow the reader the option to decide who is being factual.

Where is SLI's corporate "communication" manager? What does it take to get a response?
That being said: if this is so damning like that hedge fund wants us to believe, why would Lanxess convert their loan into shares of SLI? They would know all the internal data. Just food for thought I received from the yahoo board.

5000 gallons of LiCl solution would yield around 100kg of lithium carbonate.

I'm going to laugh when SLI responds and whoops their arse. Then the stock rockets up to 12. What's that wayne gresky quote again?

I put the money I set aside for cap gains taxes back in the other day. Hope it's back up by April.

Y’all have to get away from this.
Lanxess converted their loan to shares because if they took cash they were getting $3.75 million. If they took shares, they were getting 6 million shares PLUS an additional option to buy 3 million more at $1.20.
The stock was trading at $3.50 when this happened. So if you do the math, their options were:
Take $3.75 million cash
Take $30 million worth of shares
If they took $3.75 million worth of shares instead of $3.75 million cash, then this argument has weight. But that’s not what happened.
I don’t care what your stance is on the company, you’re taking the shares every time. That was an easy economic decision, not a fundamental belief in the company.
