Lanxess is 70.80 now, up from the 40's and 50's. I take that as a good omen.

I don’t think anyone was doubting you. Especially after it jumped the next day.

Well except maybe 1234567qrz poster.

It was a calculated risk for me and I lost a couple grand on it.

I understand and have done the same. There are just too many other opportunities out there. I've concluded that I simply need more money to invest.

Bingo. But I understand his anxiety. I'm guessing he's in his late twenties or early 30's and thinks good investments just shoot up immediately and never come down. That there is never unforeseen black swans like COVID and in my prediction, Joe Biden being unseated due to fraud.

These bring volatility and those that have the money, time and patience can profit handsomely. I'm a stock buyer, not a trader. And there are a lot of unknowns at this point. I think they have the nuts. My question is will the border open soon enough for them to get going and put the other lithium suppliers flat of their arse before they can innovate competitive tech.

That's the big kicker.

They have to own the market now before someone beats them to the technological advantage on the market

They need to start producing mass here and piss on canada

Ok, I lost some money too. I hope this makes y'all happy lol.

Lets evaluate the situation and see where we are.

1. Good news the 13,000,000 shares are sold and the price only dropped to about
$1.98 and is now back to $2.10.

2. Bad news... The border is still closed and will remain that way until.......June?
No one knows when it will be opened.

3. I don't want to get into politics but Joe Biden has no intention of opening the
border anytime soon IMO.

4. I agree with Hog that this company has great potential if the government would
just get out of the way.

5. I am not here to throw cold water on this company. I am risking a lot on it doing
well.

6. I question everything. I want to know when i am wrong. So please correct my understanding of the current situation so that i can make the best informed decisions going forward.

I like the fact that their process is patented. I know the guy who is probably the the best patent attorney in America. Guy just doesn't lose.

Biden isn’t keeping the border closed. Trudeau is.

I would think a Biden administration is good for EV and Subsequently good for lithium demand. The market is trending that way anyway.

Throw some govt stimulus on this plus a cheaper product and it could see big gains next year. Need to produce in America. Screw Canada

So we all agree! When the border opens, this thing will blow.

That and phase 1 being completed and operational. You know how stocks go good luck on actual prediction on when it will happen.

I think we all agree this is worth holding a couple years.

How quickly they can get to mass production will impact long term viability though. They need to run out small players now and others are also trying to establish these same low cost production methods.

I think you need to take a step back, keep your ear to the ground for updates, but quit trying to guess when it will pull back, shoot up, etc. Opening the border is important so they can ship their module to Arkansas and help the project to continue moving forward, but I wouldn’t expect that to be anything that makes the price skyrocket. The module had already been proven in Canada, it’s just a matter of where it’s located to make the conversion process easier. I think the hope is tidbits of good news continue to come out showing they are on track for full scale production and the price continues to slowly rise, but that would be 1-2 years away I would think.

? Net proceeds from the Offering will be used to fund ongoing work programs to advance the

lithium extraction process, negotiation and development of a joint venture with LANXESS

About Standard Lithium Ltd.
Standard Lithium (TSXV: SLL) is an innovative technology and lithium development company. The
company’s flagship project is located in southern Arkansas, where it is engaged in the testing and proving
of the commercial viability of lithium extraction from over 150,000 acres of permitted brine operations. The
Company has commissioned its first-of-a-kind industrial scale Direct Lithium Extraction Demonstration
Plant at LANXESS’ South Plant facility in southern Arkansas. The Demonstration Plant utilizes the
Company’s proprietary LiSTR technology to selectively extract lithium from LANXESS’ tailbrine. The
Demonstration Plant is being used for proof-of-concept and commercial feasibility studies. The scalable,
environmentally-friendly process eliminates the use of evaporation ponds, reduces processing time from
months to hours and greatly increases the effective recovery of lithium. The company is also pursuing the
resource development of over 30,000 acres of separate brine leases located in southwestern Arkansas and
approximately 45,000 acres of mineral leases located in the Mojave Desert in San Bernardino County,
California.
Standard Lithium is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol “SLL”; quoted on the
OTC - Nasdaq Intl Designation under the symbol “STLHF”; and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the
symbol “S5L”. Please visit the Company’s website at www.standardlithium.com
On behalf of the Board of Standard Lithium Ltd.
Robert Mintak, CEO & Director

That first line really makes it seem like they are trying to keep the price down for now.

Why do they have "Not for distribution to United States Newswire Services" on all of their official documents? I noticed that when I was looking through their SEDAR documents.

Maybe because everything is in Canadian currency so trying to avoid confusion with distributing in the US where it would be assumed to be USD?
