Despite the victory by current leadership, Disney’s challenges are real: From the movie business to television and streaming, the stakes couldn't be higher for the company's celebrated CEO.

Stock down 2.15% right now.

Time to short DIS. They fricked up their chance.

I love how they say “shareholders”. Everyone knows it was woke institutions that chose this.

I think Disney's shares are trading about where they were in 2015. If that's true, what a disaster for the company's shareholders.

Its probably undervalued a bit right now. At least in this inflated market. But it isn't going to go up until they show some semblance of willingness to listen to their traditional customer base.

I find it interesting that a LOT of media outlets name him as an "activist investor" while none have labeled BlackRock's Larry Fink as an "activist investor" even after he was quoted as wanting to force diversity and inclusion policies on companies.

Peltz just does not have enough support right now, it will change over time.
