We are going later this year and the bride is trying to decide whether the premier card is worth it for $50/year. I would assume straight off that it is because you get a $300 credit if you spend $1000 vs a $150 credit if you spend $500. We will hit the $1000 in tickets. Anyone done any research on this? Thanks.

Have you tried going on Disney’s site and seeing how much it would cost? Without knowing how big your party is, how many parks you’re going to, what add in features you’re considering, and how many nights your staying in Disney there is no way to answer your question other than to say it’s possible.

we have had that premier card since 2004. it is worth it and we like it but i have others with better rewards like AMEX and wells fargo. read up on how the disney rewards works. they will send you a debit card to use at the parks/meals/hotel, etc.

We’re staying 7 nights in September; went ahead and got it. The 6 month 0% interest perk when you book with card is main reason I got it. I figure I ought to have several hundred extra reward dollars by then to spend on incidentals. The 10% discount on gifts and restaurants is bonus. I have plenty of other chase points, hotel points, airlines points. Could have more better % reward points but I Don’t really see a downside to the card. I won’t use it much after the trip until we have another Disney trip

Yes, we pay for our Disney dinners using our Disney cards. It’s worth it to us.
