Credit Union or Bank in New Orleans area

I flipped a property and am looking to open up a basic business checking account. I'm looking for something with good communication, no recurring fees, and no minimum balance requirements.
I don't have any employees so this account won't be used weekly. I'll use it for a few deposits and withdrawals from sales throughout the year.
Capital One, Chase, and Gulf Coast are out. Each requires a higher minimum balance than I'd prefer.
Hancock Whitney works and has a location a few blocks from our house.
How are local credit unions? USAA?

Have you looked at 5th District? They have at least half dozen locations around the city, Westbank, Lakeview, Northshore..

Sounds like this is your answer. I have banked there for years with my personal accounts and also recently opened a small business account there. I've never had any significant problems there.
