I don't necessarily see a difference between an annual fee and a monthly fee, but I'm going to have to see significant benefit from both.

just cancel the two fee-based cards, unless you have a compelling reason to want to pay those fees (i.e. benefits you get from the card outweight the fee); keep the two no-fee cards.

Sure, but I'm thinking the fact none of us have heard of it and this guy's seemingly thin file leads me to believe that card isn't a Palladium or something
