Yes. I'd go for CSP first and Freedom next. The only reason you should go for freedom is because you got the invite and may have a chance of getting it. You are already excluded from any other Chase card so might as well get this one. If, however, you have any remaining leg room under 5/24, then freedom must not be one.

Do yo uhave to pull credit report to dispute something? I have an AU on my report even though I was on the card for only 1 month and deleted

No. Just call the bank first and see if they can remove. If not then call the bureaus and they will.

Probably not a 7k vacation but normal spending + vacation
I wouldn't normally hit 7k spend in 3 months with my typical budget but add my cancun reservation + ancillary expenses I will get to $7k

Yeah you have the right idea re cancelling cards. I choose to keep my CSP as well mainly due to primary rental car insurance.
The Hyatt offer for 5K points was for AU I think. I don't remember seeing one for $50.

Last year they had the same deal + $50 statement credit. Was pretty awesome but not seeing any update
Also, Hyatt card seems to have the possibility of 5/24 in Q4 from something I read
