Why wait? Pick up a CSP or Ink to help with the airfare
I already have the CSP, was going to wait on the Hyatt so I can use the free nights next summer since they expire in a year.

Then hit up an Ink Plus now. 60,000 points never hurt anyone:

Disagree. I would say Chase Ink. Still allows you to redeem for two free nights at a top tier Hyatt (30K/nt) and gives you the added flexibility of Chase UR.

I don't have a business, and just got my CSP 2 months ago.

I would argue they are about equal. I think the flexibility is offset by the fact that the Ink doesn't waive your fee the first year, so you're immediately offset $95.

You don't need one. Just be prepared to mention something you're considering opening
And as soon as you've met your CSP spend, I don't think that's an impediment, otherwise.

I don't have a business
You are getting the card to start a company(think blogging, or photography) and want to track your expenses separately.

Until May 15, in branch offer is 70K + AF waived. Online (and referral) offers are 60K + $95 AF not waived.
And lets not forget the insane earning potential of this card. Chase Ink eats its competition. Apart from Citi Prestige, can't think of too many other cards that even come close to this one.

And I think the Hyatt card comes with a 5k bonus.
But, yeah, I'm taking 60k UR all day over the Hyatt card and all other things considered. with the offers...and I like the Hyatt card. I think it's one of the most undervalued cards out there.

My 60k should hit this month. I'll be pushing for a match.

That's all good but there are about 4 top tier Hyatt's you want to stay at for 30K points. PH Beaver Creek, PH Sydney, PH Hadahaa and maybe PH Milan. If you can't make it to those particular properties, you are more than likely to redeem for lesser than 30K value (Like I did at GHK, 25K). If the cards are mutually exclusive of each other, then Ink makes sense because you will save at least 10K points when staying at a lower cat property.
Sure, you could say you could use nights at PH NYC or something like that for 30K, but there are so many other nice hotels around the area that you don't really need to.
Obviously, I have both cards.

hmmm. I wonder what data points are for how long after bonus hits you are eligible for bonus matches. I'm guessing FT isn't reporting match success either?
Posted on 4/28/16 at 12:56 pm to LSUAfro
Like 5% success rate from what I gather.

When did this come up and why didn't you post it before?
I just finished my spend so should I try to get them to match it or no luck? I can say I live in Hawaii and since they don't have an in-branch location I should be able to get it.
