Clov possible short squeeze

I actually bought into clover because I thought it had promise...I was in 4K shares at 9 and could have flipped at its ATH of 17.45. On this particular day, GME was breaking out and Chamath destroyed hedge funds on nbc.
Few weeks later Hindenburg drops a bash story and hedges start shorting it.
Fast forward to today:

I’ve been in CLOV for a bit. I think it’s a good company that has gotten a bad rep from Hindenburg. Normally Hindenburg is pretty on target, but this one stands out as crap. The allegations were based around a DOJ inquiry into the company related to its Medicare/Medicaid division. Supposedly the company should have disclosed that and didn’t. The company and Chamath insist they didn’t need to disclose it and that it wasn’t anything abnormal. Now the govt just signed them to new exclusive deals in 10 states for Medicare and Medicaid, which means they didn’t do anything fraudulent that could hurt their contracts. IMO there’s no real threat and a ton of positive upside available now. I’ve added more recently

It hit 10 Friday. I didn’t hold the weekend because I don’t trust supposed “huge squeezes” over the weekend. Want to see what it does PM and open before jumping back in.

Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services are using their SaaS in 10 states. This was recently published about 2 weeks ago. Gives the company some legitimacy. I have a position.

I sold shortly after the SPAC changed its ticker symbol to CLOV. At $14.91/share.
My only take on the short squeeze theory is: No one except r/wallstreetbets saw the GME squeeze coming. I am leery when everyone identifies a squeeze play. These things work best when they surprise everyone.
Eventually, more squeezes will come, but I think in the near-term they will be less likely until the big hedge funds get lazy/sloppy again.

CLOV isn’t just a squeeze play. Just like GME wasn’t just a squeeze play. Boiling things down to just being squeeze plays is why people will continue to lose money on trying to find short squeeze

I’ve been holding bags on this POS for 4-5 months now. Chamath dumped a lot of his stake, similar to how he and Branson just did on SPCE which tanked the stock. If I can get back to even, (I think my average is like $12) I’m selling out.
