I was reading about a buy signal at $0.55, but its all a gamble for a quick buck.

Saw that they are in talks to sell thier Haynesville assets to Comstock for a billion or so. Not sure how that is going to play for the stock price.

Sure...if you're a day trader up for a gamble.

It will be good for all the working interest owners and royalty owners under CHK. This may buy Chesapeake 6 months or a year but they will be in the same position down the road. I feel like a lot of people are underestimating the slow down and the effect that will have on prices towards YE 2020 / 2021 timeframe. CHK will not be around to reap the benefits though.

CHK dropped their last rig in the Haynesville earlier this year. That sale has been just waiting to happen. I figured it would be comstock in the mix to buy it up. Possibly BP getting in that action, for some reason they’re bullish as hell on the Haynesville claiming to maintain 4-6 rigs through 2021.

I haven't heard a single convincing bullish argument on gas...except for Pocahontas banning fracking.
