Bessent threw some gas on the fire with his claim that tariffs will revert to the original numbers if countries don't try to negotiate

Yeah I saw that.
All this upset with China and we're essentially back to where we started before the tariffs. Trump admitting tariffs will cause inflation if some of these deals don't get done pretty soon we're going to 10 year yields backing up again.

So much for good faith negotiations on trade. We should take the zero tariff deal with India and move all outsourced manufacturing of cheap goods to India and tell China to frick off for good
