Total offering of $20k for 50% membership interests in the company. Minimum offering of $10k by June 30. Each interest is $400 for a 1% stake. I have $5k pledged from an investor in another company of mine. Documentation approved by the State Secretary of State.

Why do you need crowdfunding for $40,000 business? You can't hustle up that much money? With all due respect you are either looking to hustle investors or you have almost no pride or belief in your business. You should be working a 2nd job, getting loans, etc. to get $20,000 before you give half of your business away for that little bit of money.

The short of it is, I already invested my own funds in a similar, semi-successful product. At this point, I feel like I've shown the potential for a considerable ROI and hope to not have to seed with my money any longer.
