I use a Chase Ink Business Unlimited card for my business. I currently have ~140,000 points to use. What is the best use of these points? Or should I wait until I have more points?

Hookers and blow.

If you travel, use it for travel. If you don’t, use it for statement credits, albeit at a lower value.

The best value you can get for Chase points is transferring to Hyatt. No need to transfer until you've pin-pointed a points stay you'd like to book.

Even better, if you know someone who has Hyatt Globalist status, send them the points so they can book a guest of honor stay in your name and you get all of those perks. Free parking, no resort fees, free breakfast, upgrades at check in and more.

Hilton only transfers with Amex but yes. Hyatt points are by far the most valuable hotel points in the game.
