Best Penny Stocks / OTC Trading Platforms

Does anyone have any recommendations for the best way to trade in penny stocks? Lowest costs...easiest to use...etc. The link in the stickied thread seems to be to an old post that is no longer active.
I am not looking to be the next Wolf of Wall Street. All I am interested in playing with is a few hundred dollars, so low costs per trade is key.

Funny that you mention Wolf of Wall Street since he started his fortune making money off of dummies who bought penny stocks not by actually buying them himself.

I meant, I do not think I will be driving a Lamborghini due to my ability to pick out the diamond in the rough. I have my 8-5 day job and my retirement accounts where I want them. I am just looking for another toy.
I dabble in FOREX the same way. I think of it as the same as putting money on the pass line on the craps table. There is a small thrill associated with the chances to "win", but ultimately, it is just for fun.

Don’t sleep on TRVN. They missed FDA approval by one vote and might get to reapply in April

Yes was 3.6 in October, got rejected, and is back in 180’s. The word from company is they have a work around for the drug that does not affect its effectiveness and meets FDA standards.
