Auto Insurance Claim Check question

I had hail damage on my truck a few ago in that storm on the west bank. Insurance company issued me a dual party check (myself and lien holder). I told adjuster my last truck payment was that month and the title would be in my hand soon. The adjuster said she could only do what her computer said, which showed I had a lien.

Well I currently have in hand the dual party check and the title to my vehicle.

What's my next course of action? Asking the insurance company to reissue the check or to try to contact the lien holder?
