I think a .25% cut Wed. is a foregone conclusion
What markets and traders will focus on is Powell's remarks. Can easily see a buy the rumor sell the fact scenario if the remarks aren't sufficiently dovish.
My guess is two .25% cuts by mid 3rd quarter next year.

I’m not arguing with you. The economy seems to be generally humming at this level of rates.
But if they cut, it’ll be unemployment rate as part of the main justification.

2 next yr. More cheap money for big businesses. Still very little hiring.
