Not sure . Need to sell a house to buy a house. Got a bunch of equity in the house but definitely need to put an offer contingent on this one selling.

I've never done this before but you might want to look into a "bridge loan" and weigh your options between that and a HELOC if you just need the down payment money

Sounds to me like you need a bridge loan. I know of a local credit union in town who can help you if you’re local.
