Malls are dying but people still want a place to try on and look at shoes.

I don't know what the masses want. But big brands like Foot Locker are ripe for looting, and my perception is they aren't attracting the middle to upper class clientele. Like the previous guy said, they are heavy in malls.
Personally, when I buy shoes anymore, it's all online. They've made it so easy to order shoes and if they don't fit, or you don't like them, sending them back is as easy as going to the store, or easier. That's my perception and may or may not reflect the market. But I'd be surprised if FL rebounded wildly.
