I was looking hard at some NNN properties to diversify a little. So glad I did not pull the trigger. There’s not going to be a housing crisis there’s going to be a commercial RE crisis shortly.

It depends on the market. Retail stores that include food sells shouldn’t have an issue.

Dollar General sales up 30% across the board and its one of the largest individual owned NNN brands (if not the most). Why exactly are you thinking this is the end of NNN?

Dollar General is pretty much an exception because it has essential goods.
Times will be tough for a lot of landlords though. There are a lot of small businesses that can’t pay rent. Cheesecake Factory just recently announced they were going to make rent payments. Not saying it’s the end, but it’s a huge blow.

A very large portion of NNN properties are essential. Dollar/discount stores, drug stores, and auto parts make up a huge chunk.
