CEO was meeting with petro net again last week. He did say her is not signing anymore MOU. Next thing he signs is a guarantee. He was very positive and said they were in talks with 9 groups and he thought the price of oil going up will quicken the negotiating.
They are hoping for FID no later than the summer. That's their goal.

I think it’s Total SE that is selling. They have been selling for a while and will continue to sell. They owned 19% last summer and have said since then they are clogging to continue to sell from time to time. They only reduced their position from 39.6 million shares to 37 million, so they are by no means completely exiting.

There are recent interviews with the CEO on YouTube. He's been putting them out.
Check em out. I think due in part to being market gamed and he expressed that the same thing was done to him with cheniere. Once they got past it they went to $30. Then hung there for quite a while.

On the stocktwit board for TELL, some are speculating that Total is trying to get under 10% so that a new equity partner can have an equal stake. Certainly looks like lots of eggs being moved around between Total and other institutions, presumably in advance of some deal one would think.
It does look more like a strategic reduction in their stake, not a wholesale liquidation in their TELL position.

If you are Total, you will sell small bits and try to get the stock to rise instead of all at once.
