Im torn because I feel like it will go up big after hours due to a strong Q1 but i feel they are going to hurt from the tariffs and have a bad Q2.

In these situations, do you think recommend buying today before earnings?

You buy Amazon to hold for years, timing does not matter

If Q1 saw massive front running, one would assume Amazon saw increased sales

They did.

They also issued a lighter guidance which tanked the stock(at least temporary).

My prediction (so book mark it), people are still going to shop and buy.

AWS is the business, the shopping business is noise

AWS is a cash printing beast, that makes Amazon shopping a thing now. Without AWS, Amazon would have very skimpy years and some negative ones. Hard to believe, but true.
