Well then OP you smoking the dope. That was after trade. If you want to prove it, take picture of buyer agreement with purchase price and you take picture of sticker (they probably put in glovebox), if you got $8k off sticker, I will give you $8k cash

It does seem a little ridiculous that you presented them with a price to beat and they said "not only will we beat it, we'll beat it by FOUR GRAND!"

We have a 2016. I got about $2K off sticker, basically I split the cost of invoice and msrp with the dealer. Have bought several cars from them, so I know the salesman a bit, so he knew it was a quick sale.
