Yeah I mean, I own crypto to the tune of about 5% of my assets now, but it’s the only asset that I own where I have even a cursory concern that it might go to 0 because of where I hold it (Coinbase). That concept has never even crossed my mind with my equity and other positions.

you can solve that by investing a lot of time and a little money.
Coinbase offers a bit of protection being publicly traded, but it's still only should be used for onramp/offramp purposes.
