StubHub and Texas Tickets problem

Trying to get a refund on tickets I bought from StubHub for the UT game. They keep saying the game is postponed won’t offer me a refund.
Any suggestions?

You will get a refund. Stubhub just sent emails today to sellers indicating the game is cancelled. Refunds will be issued so be patient.

you are probably just getting a credit like I did for a Pelicans game that was cancelled on me in March.

Hope they are quicker than LSU...it took them 90 days to credit my baseball tickets to my bank account...it was obvious that the season was canceled but they said that wasnt the case....

I think normally you would get a refund… But I'm not sure if StubHub can afford to give everyone back their money right now… That is why I think they are doing more credits But hopefully I am wrong
