Regional ticket question

I have purchased season tix from someone for several years. Usually getting the regional/Supers is not an issue.
She says that she never received her email to claim them this year. Can someone tell me when they were sent?

I haven't received an e-mail from LSU in several years regarding the renewal of my season or postseason ticket request. I just know when the typical deadlines are for each sport & log in to my account accordingly to view their posted request deadlines.

She missed the deadline to put in for her tickets. It was last week.

I received the reminder email also on May 7th. I had already gone into my online account to reserve regional tickets on April 25th.
