LSU ticket account question

I bought some football tickets from lsu and it appears that all the account features for the game are disabled (forwarding, seatgeek, etc). Is this normal or am I special? It looks like I can only download all of the tickets into my phone wallet but can’t share from there either. Any suggestions? Thanks!

You should be able to manage your tickets from your account. You can’t do anything from the wallet

If you’re referring to the Bama game, then yes it’s different than normal. You can only transfer the tickets within the LSU Sports account. Per the email they sent out ir sees that the tickets are more or less “placeholders” and they’ll be submitting the barcode information Thursday night to the Bama ticket office for entry.

It’s the A&M game. I can’t do anything with the tickets other than download into my wallet. These are single game tickets that I bought last week

Sometimes it takes LSU a little while to activate the transfer feature on single game tickets, or other tickets that have been recently deposited to your account.

I have no idea why that's the case, but I've encountered your same issue multiple times. They should eventually be available for transfer though.

If not you can call the ticket office and they should be able to help you find a resolution.

I had that problem and the ticket office told me to take a screenshot of the mobile ticket and the barcode will work.
