There is a seller in the UK with the following information.
Michael Watts
45 Prestwick Rd , INVERGARRY , PH35 3H
United Kingdom
He uses hijacked ebay accounts and sets up fake listings for BCS Champsionship tickets on ebay. He asks that you contact him at the following email address.
kirent2@aol.com
He then asks for your name and ebay id and such and states that ebay is going to send you an invoice for the tickets and that payment must be sent thru Western Union. Ebay doesn't even allow you to type the words western union in your listings because they are used so much for fraud transactions. Always pay thru paypal and never complete a transaction outside of ebay.
TD members feel free to contact this scum bag at his email address provided above.

Sometimes its legit if an invoice is sent. I usually send a paypal invoice. Then as soon as tickets are paypaled, I either forward the tickets or supply a tracking number within an hour.
I have a lot of faith in Paypal, and it's not always possible to meet people in person.

I've never met face to face with anyone I've sold to on here. I've called people, and all. What I usually do is give them a lot of info on me to calm them. I only take paypal and then either forward the tickets via bar-code forwarding. or express the tickets. Never had a problem.
I'm not willing to give up my favorite website over a few bucks.

Anyone heard from this guy? Sounds like a scam to me....
Hi, my name is Armand Thibaud and I am from Langley, BC, Canada. I still have the 4 tickets for the BCS Championship game, LSU v Alabama, sec 141, row 13, $850 for the pair, $1700 for all 4.
I can send the tickets with overnight services today and you can receive them on Wednesday.
The tickets were bought by my company as a bonus we were going to give on a deal to a customer in the US. Unfortunately the deal did not go through and now we have them, but cannot use them.
My company will pay for the delivery of the tickets with the overnight delivery so you can receive them on Wednesday.
These are hard tickets and now we are looking to get back what was paid for them.
If you are still interested please back to me and let's work on the delivery and payment arrangements.
Best
Armand

tell him you are going to fly to Canada and pay him cash for the tickets. That should be the end of that.
