Chad went pro because he was flunking out , he was ineligible for both baseball and football
Also if CG is as good as everyone says why did he just take 2 snaps in the spring game was he not to be our 2nd QB by this time

I think CG only saw limited snaps in the spring because Les and Crowton know who they are going with for 1st and 2nd string QB. CG is being held back and brought up slowly for later. He will get his time and it's not like our 1st and 2nd string QB's couldn't use the snaps anyway.

Good question. I had heard vaious interviews with ex-coaches on ESPN radio and a few other places where they stated that a few times in their careers they would kinda try to "hide" a new QB during the spring game to limit the amount of film and info that opponents could gather on the guy. I don't think LSU has ever taken that approach, at least not recently. I don't know if this is what was going on or not (though I doubt it), but it just had me wondering a bit. Maybe this is what was going on?

Miles says Lee is a 1st round NFL QB in an article posted today. That could be indication of his mindset relative to playing Lee.

Personally, I think Zach is a football player and will eventually follow the path taken by Elway. It will probably shock a lot of people when it happens as was the case when Elway left Stanford.

I could be dead wrong but I could also be the place where you heard it first.

I'm not being QB hack, always jumping on the backup's bandwagon, I really think this kid is special AND that he will play 2 sports successfully at LSU.
