What does that have to do with his birthday?
Nothing.
You posted the following:

If Zach Lee arrives for class will he have to wait til junior year to reenter a draft?

Yes
So, as it relates to the title of this thread, and the post that you responded to, your "Yes" is incorrect.
The point is the fact that he as enrolled in Summer school and will attend class shortly does not mean that he is unsignable.
He has until the official signing date (August 16th apparenttly this year) to sign or else he will not be able to be signed by the Dodgers this year. And, if he goes to LSU full time in the fall, he will be here until he is a junior.

the question is...if he does this, but doesn't play college baseball, can he be drafted next summer. The rule states "college player", not college student.

yes because obviously he is not going to play college baseball if he attends school. He knows that scouts love pitchers who sit out for a couple years.

I'm pretty sure that he'd be out until his junior year anyway.
The reason I say that is if that was not the case, you would have seen deal having been made after the "first day of class" deadline. That hasn't happened to my knowledge. Instead, you always hear about the kid who gets the phone call while walking to his first class.

the question I'm asking isn't "signing", it's being eligible for the draft the following year if you didn't play college baseball...

This should really help our chances by starting classes and workout sessions this summer. Let him get a feel of the LSU college life, Then he hangs with majority of the team and get comfortable around them. Then you know everyone on the team, especially his signing class wwon't let him forget where he needs to be. So I can almost bet, all this increases our chances by a big shot.
They will be telling him about our QB sitiuation and how he could help real soon.
Come on down Mr. Lee

Les better not f this up. This kid needs to be on the field Sept. 4. I highly doubt he will go when he's asking 3 M+. Which is ok. He stays, does awesome for the Tigers. Name your price.

If he poops twice in his dorm suite bathroom Does that mean he's here utill he's a junior?

Or does that mean we get 6 more weeks of LM Bashing?

A Club generally retains the rights to sign a selected player until 11:59 PM (EDT) August 15, or until the player enters, or returns to, a four-year college on a full-time basis.
Why is everyone making the assumption that he isn't enrolled full time during the summer session. The rule does not say "Full time during fall or spring semesters".
From the LSU General Catalog:
Full-Time Students
quote:
Undergraduate—To graduate in four years, a student should complete at least 15 hours per semester and plan on attending at least one summer term. Undergraduate students who carry 12 or more hours of resident credit in a regular semester or six or more hours in a summer term are considered full-time.
So if he has enrolled for at least 6 hours and attends class today, then he is ineligible until after his Jr. year.

no link, try Nola.com but
Fwiw I read in the paper this morning (headline read "lee won't go pro"). That Les spoke with lee and his parents yesterday and Les said he will play football and is eager to be a tiger. Pm said he would speak to lee today and that he is on campus and starting classes. Take that however but he still has untill august to decide.
Srry if german but I gave up on all the threads yesterday

Please check the LSU General Catalog....6 hours during Summer Session IS full time

Not to the NCAA.
Really? Can you provide a source?
Because I believe the NCAA determines full time status based on the reported status by school. Because some schools are on trimester schedules, some are on semester schedules. So there are various numbers of hours that are considered full time enrollment.
Short answer: If the school says he is enrolled full time, then the NCAA says he is enrolled full time.
