if you look in the background of the video there is another person wearing dark clothes that looks tall. just kind of watching.

Jefferson may have well kicked someone, but as people said, that is not him in this video. Way too short. More probability of it being Jarvis Landry, though he doesnt seem to be in as hot of shite.

After watching it 50 more times, I'm pretty convinced that kicker is NOT JJ. The build of this guy is not even close to JJ.
Not saying JJ Isn't off camera kicking someone or didn't kick anyone after, but this kicker just doesn't look one bit like JJ.
Edit: the chubby white guy that comes in towards the kicker from the left is nearly the same height as the kicker. I know damn well that guy isn't anywhere close to 6'5.

later in the wbrz video the BRPD spokesman says he does not expect any aressts to come from this warrant, it will be turned over to the DA office and likely go to a grand jury

To me, the video takes some of the conjecture out of it...to me...to where I really think Landry IS the one.
That said, we're seeing a very small snippet of what we assume is a much bigger incident. The guy on the ground isn't Lowery, and I didn't see anyone that looked like Lowery in the video snippet. But again, Lowery isn't the one with broken vertabrae, and broken vertabrae is what's gonna bring the worst charge. I'd imagine the guy on the ground IS the one with broken vertabrae, and if so, I believe Landry is the one in hot shite.

Landry kicked the dude in the ribs after JJ kicked the shite out of his face. Landry did minimal damage, now JJ on the other hand?

Fish, I gotta agree. If that is indeed a video of the fight, then it doesn't look good for Landry. However, that video isn't enough to convict.
