Honestly, it sounds like "Jump on it!" to me.
No frigging certitude at all about what was said.
As someone else said "Let's go brah" is about the only thing you can really make out towards the end of the video.

If this was a movie, we could quickly isolate the sound, amplify it, zoom in on the assailants and with another click clear up the grainy picture.
