Auburn’s front 7 will cause more havoc on him, than LSU’s did.
My gut says YES
MAYBE Nix can have the game of his life!

I don't think so. This isn't to be misconstrued as me saying he won't play or something like that.
But bone injuries (even to fix the ankle injury where they drilled through the tib and fib to repair it) take time to heal. Being an athlete in great shape and things along those lines doesn't matter. It's simply the way the body heals. You can't speed up the process dramatically.
You can give the kid pain medicine and he gets adrenaline boosts during the game and such but that only lasts for so long.
He'll play but I still don't think he'll be 100%. Especially after yesterday's game. If anything, yesterday's game might have prolonged the recovery. It's not like he gets the surgery then magically it's back to normal.

AU's D is better than ours, mainly because that front 7 is probably the best in the county. The pressure they put on him will be more up the middle with those DT's making Tua move laterally, so if his ankle is as it was the other night I believe it will be more difficult on him than against us.

Auburn will need some offense
They moved the ball on us and scored some points. Nix has looked adequate at times and they can run the ball. They can't afford to get in a shootout but they could win a low scoring game where they controlled the ToP.
State's D line is no slouch. He could get knocked around pretty good next week.

I'd sit him until Auburn. They'll beat MSU and whatever high school they're playing the week after with any QB on their roster.

Our backers are better than theirs, but their D Line is absolutely the best in the country.

Tuna’s ankle will be a bit improved. Bama has to win to get some consideration for the 4th spot.
Bo Nix is still a child and plays scared. No chance Bama loses this one IMO. Way too much at stake for them to be unprepared.

We need trump to sign an executive order saying Bama can not get into playoff this season without winning sec title

If he sat out the LSU game till the Auburn game, he maybe 100%. THese high ankle sprains take forever.
I'll give him credit for staying in there and fighting through it. I think he was playing it up at the end of the game, but he was definitely hurt.

No way he's 100% until 3 - 6 months at the earliest.

Nix has played way better at home than on the road. And that game is at home

And if they play as dirty as they did against us I can see Tua taking an ankle shot.

No, took a big step back in healing and now it's mental much more than before, so his confidence is lower.
