I'm sorry, is Glennon a freshman? It is absolutely heartless of you to take a young man with his whole career in front of him and because of mistakes he is making his freshman year to write off the rest of his career as mediocre....especially a guy giving it his all for the purple and gold.

Im just as frustrated as everyone else on here regarding the QB play. However, its pretty obvious that Les and Co. feel Lee is the QB of the future. They will continue to play him, let him make mistakes, and hopefully that will lead to him being a lot better next year and so on (unless Sheppard takes the job). I hate comparing anything to ND, but this is similar to what Weis did with Jimmy Clausen last year (granted Lee is not a true freshman but regardless).
Jefferson clearly cannot throw the ball, otherwise we all would have seen him make more than 1 pass attempt all season. If there was any shred of confidence in the coaches he could make simple throws, we would have seen them.
LSU is out of the SEC race, and no chance for a BCS bowl. With all of this there is even more justification for the coaches to continue with whatever their plan for J Lee is. It's hard to watch, and it sucks....but im beyond trying to understand whats going on behind closed doors.

Thank you, everyone thinks he is some savior at QB. Bring him in to run the ball or the option with KW/RM, but the kid obviously isnt ready to start chucking the ball around the field or run an offense for that matter.

youre also talking about a coaching staff that has made NUMEROUS personnel errors over the course of 3 years, notably last year with the running back fiasco.

We have already taken our licks this year. I think JJ should start the next three games. He will get real game experience and Lee will have a chance to calm down and get his head right. Have them split time in the bowl game. Maybe by quarter or half. In the spring have an open QB competition with two QBs who have game experience.
If you stick with Lee for the rest of this year, you are stuck with him next year. Or, you go through this same shite.
