I disagree. I don't think that only playing the young guys to get prepared for next year is appropriate. There's still a glimmer of hope to make the postseason, so Jay will put whatever lineup together that he thinks can win. And if the transfer guys give us that opportunity, then I guarantee you they will be playing.

My personal opinion, keep Braun at first. Harden in RF. Simpson or Dardar at 2nd.

Nah, you might see it a bit but I suspect harden and Patrick, our prospective outfielders next year, are gonna get a lot more PT. Would like to see Braun get a bit of play out there too, but the other guys have gotten very little play time and are going to really need it for next year. Im not on full forfeit this season for next year mode but the only real silver lining to one of the best players on the team being out is that it opens up reps for the young guys so you gotta take advantage of that.
