Fun game when listening to Musso. Count the Ums, Uhhs, and I’m sorrys.
He is a miniature Scone in the sense of constantly clarifying his takes to be sure he doesn’t get misunderstood. “Let me be clear” every 10 minutes is such a nauseating defense mechanism he clearly inherited.
With that said, I’m obsessed with LSU baseball and this guy is all over it, non stop. So I grind it out.

Jimmy Ott is probably the worst of all of them. Dude interrupts Hanny constantly and adds nothing to programming outside of gambling on February Hockey games in fricking Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I can tolerate most of the personalities and actually don’t mind Mascona or T bob. Musso just has no personality on air at all and is pretty boring.

Jimmy Ott is terrible, just terrible.

I think this is accurate. IMHO, he's good at his job, communicates well and clearly and is well prepared. But as you say he comes across in a pompous and arrogant manner and I think that's not even debatable. Whether he really is or not I could not say, but his radio persona absolutely gives off that vibe.
