I agree the pregame taunting was bad enough then they had the nerve to taunt throughout the game getting ripped left and right in the 2nd half. I agree you need some swagger and there is going to be some talk. but a couple of times LSU DBs (mathieu) went across the field to taunt practically in front of the refs. We were lucky not to get some penalties. The refs will be looking for it the rest of the year and it WILL bite us on the arse in the future.
We are starting to look like THUG U if we keep it up. That being said WVU fans need to shut up considering some of thugs theyve recruited like Noel Devine. They have to be less lenient in recruiting because of the lack of in-state talent. On top of that, they have to Florida for all their speed.

Didn't Adam "Pac Man" Jones go to West Virginia?????? Pot, meet kettle. I'm pretty sure if LSU gets flagged for taunting or trash talking, it will be the one and only time. I would like to think they are more disciplined than that.

AGREE 100%...I wish Les would tone down some of this trash talking...it looks classless...JUST MAKE THE PLAYS...that's what Miami used to look like...

fricking animal. if he wants to remind a WR he just dropped a ball or got tackled for a 2 yard gain, then i'm all for it

I enjoy his attitude. It's entertaining and you can be sure it eats his opponents up. He's a modern day Ali out there with the confidence in his ability!

+1000 He is going to cost us a 15yd. penalty in a crucial situation.Some of the LSU players need to act like Kevin Faulk and let their performance speak for itself.You never saw Kevin act like a punk.

Every week I think to myself that I have never seen an opposing team bitch and make excuses for their loss as "x" team.....then we win another game and the next opponent tops it. Stop whining and realize LSU is just better than you this year.

I think it could hurt him in thk Heisman race as well, it appears classless, though he is one hell of a baller...

TM7 was jawing last night only because WV was as well. I like that in him. He gets in the heads of opponents and has them beat before the snap. NFL players do this all the time.

I agree. I made a comment in another thread that I thought WVU was the "chippiest", "trash talkingest" team I have ever seen LSU play. Was this started by LSU? I don't know... but the first time I noticed it during the game was when the WVU WR was throwing punches to the LSU defenders facemask while blocking... and that was VERY EARLY. So I don't know how valid it would be to say LSU started it.

I will guarantee you when we play Alabama at Alabama and Tyrann or any LSU player makes a crucial play and trash talks and taunts the Alabama player you will see a flag thrown and LSU will get a penalty that will allow Bama to keep the ball.I am sure you will be the first one to say that the officials never called that as a penalty before.I remember a game where Chad Jones brother had a penalty called on him for doing the same thing he had been doing all the time.You don't give the officials a reason to flag you.Tyrann was lucky he wasn't flagged.When he gets flagged don't bitch.
