i mean, that seems like a weird item to claim ownership over... is that a source of pride? (i mean, a small source of pride?)

WV pepperoni rolls aren't the crap that you get in the grocery store down the street. There's a big difference. They were invented in Fairmont. About 20 minutes south of Morgantown

New Orleans is a big party spot if your the hardcore partier but other than that i agree with you..
New Orleans has much more to offer than partying. That's a pretty simplistic and strange way to judge such a unique city.

just taste bland to me

Id rather go to the pizza joint in town owned by the Italian guy who can't even speak english

Italian food in wv is surprisingly good with the large Italian influence

I am just speaking of how an outsider would view it.

I know New Orleans through and through and know it has much more to offer than just partying

Yes it does. As does LA. I could spend weeks just wandering the state south of I-10.

That is my point. So does WV. Just because we might not know about it, doesn't mean otherwise.

We're proud of our food as a whole... po'boys are one small portion.
