Technically Snowshoe is closest to VA, but I'm pretty sure you're talking about Winterplace. Which absolutely blows. It's a little hump with some ice on it

No exactly a landslide win-other than the great food.

I have never been, but ive been to North Carolina and Tennessee and both were beautiful country..but i went to Colorado last summer and it just blew everything away as far as outdoors goes..if it were closer to Louisiana i'd have moved there in an instant

Actually Snowshoe sounds more like where we went than Winterplace. Snowshoe is a pretty decent size yeah? Because the place we went was an actual resort. Winterplace sounds fake.
I'm biased saying your snow sucks though, because I lived in Park City, UT for 10 years...so I was pampered

That's not really that many people for two "cities" metro areas. Between Lexington and Louisville metros there are 1,719,878 people. Or at least in 2000. It's grown a lot since then.

Hornets Pro Basketball if you like NBA
