When his stint with the Seahawks and Miles stint with the Tigers comes to an end.

That would be a firm hell, then a firm no.

He is jumpin ship over there because they are about to be probationed to death. He is a cheater in recruiting and cannot be trusted at all. It's been goin on for years and now it's crumblin down around he and he is OUTTA THERE.

HELL NO, keep him away.

Honestly, I would want someone younger.

He is 58 now. Minimum he is with the Seahawks for two years. That would put him at age 60 at the earliest at LSU.

If nothing substantial hits from the NCAA? Very much so

If the NCAA hammers USC as he's leaving? Absolutely not

Exactly. We don't need that drama.

No, thanks. We already recruit pretty well and have a staff that doesn't coach up its players.

Not only that, but he lost 1-2 games a year with all of that talent. Everyone knows he had pros playing against kids.

On the other hand when the game was considered a big game his teams almost always showed up and performed.

Have to wonder if he would be the kind of coach to beat Alabama and Florida and then lose a game to South Carolina

NCAA is mounting a massive case against them. Sounds like the hammer is coming down pretty hard... and now Pete, who has swatted away NFL teams every year for the past 4-5 years is suddenly interested in one?

I'd gladly take that over the kind of coach who loses to both Alabama and Florida, then loses a game to Ole Miss and Penn State.
