We didn't fire 8-4 ,9-3 Les Miles for the current coach to go 8-4
Posted on 10/9/18 at 3:28 pm to Manswers
That would be a highly unsuccessful season that would have gotten the last coach fired.

No. But that doesn't mean it's not likely to happen.
8-4 is not satisfactory.

Myth.
LSU's football program is absolutely loaded and operates at such a surplus the AD donates money to the school.

Nope...only one game on the schedule this week, Georgia.

I agree, but I’d say “average of 10 wins” rather than ten wins every single year. I’d be fine with an 8-4 rebuilding year that was followed by a 12-0 playoff trip.

No, I wouldn’t be happy with that. Then again what I’m happy with doesn’t really matter. Whatever bowl we play in, I’m still cooking up a real nice gumbo and gonna have a fun time watching my team play because I’m a fan.

I’ve always said I just want to see improvement week to week and also see a hard fought competitive game and let the chips fall where they may.

Only if it allows top-3 balanced recruiting class

No. I think we are more likely to be 9-3 than 8-4. I would not settle for either 8-4 or 9-3 now. We could be 10-2! :-)
