Continuing to be.500 is SEC is OK for Miles supporters. Might as well get used to this. Anyone who thinks 2016 is SEC title or better for Miles or he is gone is clueless. He will continue to have BDP/Cameron etc and will lose 3 to 4 games a year.

Doesn't look like they are headed in upward direction in the championship game..

LSU is a good, but not elite, program at this point.

Are you kidding? Look at the last 5 seasons. This program is now an official mediocrity. All hail Les Miles.

If we had Iowa's schedule, hell yeah

This.

Since Saban, LSU has been in the periphery of an elite status.
All time?
Hell no.

When Les eventually leaves will the program be left in better shape than he found it? It easy hell no for me, not even close.

Upper medium level. Not mediocre, due to good Louisiana HS prospects as well as fairly effective recruiting of that talent. But CERTAINLY not elite since 1/9/12.

Elite program being squandered away

Would describe an elite program as a program that contends for national championships on a yearly basis. As that LSU has been eliminated as a championship team during the month of November or earlier in the past 4 years----NO.
