Wade isn't on the hot seat, nor should he be.
He's brought at least some semblance of hope to this program.
I will say though, someone needs to get in his ear and figure out why his teams CONSISTENTLY make the same damn mistakes in a majority of their games.
Constantly leaving shooters open due to poor defensive rotation.
Constantly getting out hustled on defense.
Constantly giving up offensive rebounds.
Constantly having your key players make game changing mental errors and/or basketball decisions during key times in games.
This has been an issue since Wade has been here, and quite honestly, I'm not sure how it hasn't even been addressed by anyone other than the fanbase.
